Examination of the Relationship Between Cognitive Flexibility Skills and Teaching Motivations of Child Development Students

چکیده
The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between child development students' cognitive flexibility skills and their motivation teach. A quantitative research design was used in study. sample consists 257 students continuing education. In research, Personal Information Form containing information about students, Cognitive Flexibility Inventory (CFI) determine levels, Teaching Motivation Scale (TMS) instructional levels were used. As a result correlation analysis, it revealed that there positive significant for learning, low-to-moderate ages children. skills, alternative control dimensions, which are two sub-dimensions. . addition, difference found men women sub-dimension according gender. It has been differ significantly whether mothers work or not, order siblings, fathers' occupations. Key Words: Child
